Making changes to your food will help you lose weight. Your training will go hand-in-hand. You'll learn how to get stronger and fitter. I'll teach you how to make the change and maintain it.

Your food fuels your training. Want to make the most of your time training? Your food is your fuel, so it needs to support your efforts. I'll help you with what, when and how to eat. I'll plan your training around it.

How it works

Fill in a pre-consultation form
This is so I can get to know you a little better. I’ll ask about you, your experiences and goals.

We'll have an introductory call
We'll discuss your answers and make sure we're right for each other. I'll let you know how I can help you and what's involved.

Next, it's a 90 minute consultation, to dig into the detail
This can be face-to-face, online or over the phone. I'll ask you a few more questions and share my plan with you. We'll agree on things like how we'll work and track progress.

You'll get a client pack that highlights what we're focusing on
It will include things like calories, macro ranges, advice on hitting targets, food guidance, tools and techniques. We'll track your progress and tweak it as we go.

TrueCoach will help us track your progress
You’ll get an invite to download the app I use with all my clients. It integrates and pulls your data from things like MyFitnessPal and other activity trackers. We’ll use it to monitor your progress and keep in contact.

Regular check-ins will help us learn and progress
We'll catch-up as much as you need it. Some people need more support, some need less. During our sessions we'll review how you're finding things and what you're feeling. We'll end each session with something new to focus on next week.
