My services

I help clients with their food and fitness, with one-to-one coaching. We focus on introducing changes that help reach their short-term goal. Then we work on techniques to help maintain their progress.

Food coaching

For anyone that wants more than just a quick fix, I'll teach you what, when and how to eat. We'll work together on a monthly basis. How long that's for will depend on you and what you want to achieve.

Fitness coaching

For anyone that wants guidance on what to do in the gym, at home or outdoors. It doesn’t matter what equipment you have, or what your goal is. I can create a weekly program to keep you fit and enjoying your movement.

For anyone that wants to understand how their food and exercise can work together, I'll plan your training and teach you what, when and how to eat around it. We'll review your progress each month and adapt as we go.

1-2-1 consultation

You might know what your problem is and need help managing it. You might have 

consistent symptoms and need help working out what the problem is. Whatever it is we can discuss it in a one-to-one session.
